Limited Edition Prints
What is a limited edition print?
A limited edition print is part of a fixed number of reproductions of an original artwork. Once all the prints in an edition are sold, no more will be produced. Each print is individually numbered in the bottom left-hand corner and personally signed by Xena in the bottom right-hand corner. The product page on our website displays the edition size for each artwork. Xena’s signature edition size is 108 prints per artwork.
Will my print be signed and numbered?
Yes, every limited edition print is hand-signed and numbered by Xena, ensuring authenticity.
How can I verify the authenticity of my artwork?
All limited edition prints are signed and numbered by Xena and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Can I request a specific edition number?
If you would like a particular edition number for a special reason, feel free to email info@zenaarts.com. If it is available, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if the print I want is sold out?
Once a limited edition print has sold out, it will not be re-released or restocked.
Choosing & Framing Your Artwork
Can I get help choosing a print?
Yes! If you need guidance on selecting a print, we’re happy to assist. Email us at info@zenaarts.com for recommendations.
Do you offer a framing service?
We do not currently offer framing for limited edition silkscreen prints. However, we’re happy to offer advice on framing and encourage using local framers to support independent businesses in your area.
Commissions & Bespoke Artwork
Can Zena create a custom artwork for me?
Yes, Zena is available for bespoke commissions. If you’d like a personalized artwork, please contact info@zenaarts.com to discuss your vision.
Do you donate artwork to charity?
I have had the privilege of working with three charities so far—two in London and one in India—donating artwork to help raise funds for causes close to my heart. I carefully choose the organizations I collaborate with, focusing on those that support the environment and other meaningful initiatives. At times, I donate existing pieces, and on special occasions, I create bespoke artwork for charity events.
If you would like to be considered for a donation, please email info@zenaarts.com. While I’d love to support every request, I can only take on a limited number each year.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the UK. However, we are working towards offering international shipping in the near future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
• Limited edition prints: 3–5 working days
• Original artworks: 5–7 working days
Can you speed up delivery?
If you have an urgent deadline, please email info@zenaarts.com, and we’ll see what we can do to expedite your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working towards worldwide delivery.
Why isn’t my item available for delivery?
Some oversized artworks require bespoke shipping arrangements. If you are interested in purchasing a large piece, please email us for a custom delivery quote.
Orders & Payments
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can place your order securely through our website or by calling us. We also accept PayPal.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@zenaarts.com.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. However, if you place a new order, we may be able to combine shipments and refund any additional shipping fees.
Do your prices change over time?
Yes, prices are subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.
Is your website safe and secure?
Yes, info@zenaarts.com is protected with industry-leading security measures, including SSL encryption, to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! While we do not include pricing details in shipments, you can request a handwritten note by emailing info@zenaarts.com with your order number and message.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an artwork?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
How do I return an order?
Please email info@zenaarts.com for instructions on how to process a return.
Can I return an unused artwork?
Yes, if the artwork is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Contact us for return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our prints for safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
