We take great care to ensure our artworks meets a high standards, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us a info@zenaarts.com

Buy with Peace of Mind – Easy Returns

We want you to love your artwork, but if it’s not quite right, you have 14 days to return it.

  • Time to Decide Let us know within 14 days of receiving your artwork if you’d like to return it.
  • Return Costs Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and the artwork must be sent  back in its original condition.
  • Full Support We’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions  for safe packaging  and shipping.
  • No Hassle Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

 

• Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your artwork. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Condition of the Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure the artwork is returned safely and is not damaged in transit.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@zenaarts.com with your order details. We will provide the return address and further instructions.

• Shipping: The return must be sent via a tracked and signed-for service, and you should keep proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a few days.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zenaarts.com and we will guide you through the next steps.
