Delivery Costs

We offer free UK delivery on all unframed limited edition prints. Framed limited edition prints are also available with free UK delivery. Original artworks, however, do not include delivery—customers are responsible for shipping costs. The price of original artworks covers professional packing to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping fees for original artwork are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the piece.

Delivery Timeframes

• Limited edition prints: Delivered within 3-5 working days within the UK.

• Original artwork: Delivered within 5-7 working days within the UK.

• Bespoke commissions & international orders: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the delivery cost and must be paid by the recipient. ZENA Studio is not responsible for any customs duties or tax fees. We will always follow international shipping regulations and aim to minimise customs charges where possible.

 

Will I Need to Sign for My Delivery?

Yes, all artworks are shipped using a tracked and signed-for service, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Can You Provide a Specific Delivery Time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific time slots for standard deliveries, as this depends on the courier service used.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Order Arrives?

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or notification with further instructions. In most cases, they will attempt redelivery on the next working day. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
